Doesn't fit here anymore and it doesn't matter who he's paired with. He's young enough to turn it around somewhere else, but his time here is soon to be over. Coach Horachek has really helped him, as he has played much better. However, as we saw just last game, his inability to clear opposition from the front of his net and his nack for turning the puck over costs us at least one goal a game. And that's being conservative.

Edit: We are also super deep at defense in our system. We literally have half of the BC blue line in the system here. There are 3-4 kids playing in our AHL system alone that are ready to take over. He's tradable and so is Matthias.

Well on the positive side good job confusing people on a Toronto/Calgary connection. Honestly doesn't seem like any sort of fit. Considering they are in rebuild mode is there any good young players that Calgary even wants to move? I wouldn't say there isn't anyone on Calgary the Leafs wouldn't consider trading for, but more of a question of guys they'd want to let go of.

Goes to show when it comes to the Flyers Eklund can actually be rational when it comes to trade rumors. Flyers playing better and little reason to trade out B.Schenn right now. Though I don't care to trade Gardiner period so that's just me.

He didn't say first overall he said possible. If the flames move the first pick now then they will fight for a playoff spot. Pick could be in the 10-20 range if they get lucky enough.

I'm pretty sure Campbell isn't being traded. You still need NHL level talent to play on your team. Who else in Florida is going to guide Gudbranson, Kulikov (if kept), etc?
