Yeah, I don't think he's going to be an offensive wizard or anything like that, but I'm hoping he brings grit and a solid two-way game. He's also apparently pretty good and a threat to score while on the PK, and we haven't had that since Richards left. And I miss that.
I just want to see him play, see what he's got, then go from there. - wolfhounds
Me as well. I dont have crazy high hopes for the kids, but I want some youthful energy and speed.
Only a handful of guys on the team I would miss if they were dealt/retire.
Grossmann, Giroux, and Timonen. |

At least Hartnell showed some spunk tonight. Obviously something was said to him. - Just5
If you call getting beat up spunk then so be it |

Just curious on the thoughts of the collective on here.
If you were a FA, or a player going to sign a big extension with this club. Would you, with recent history, and current state, not think twice?
I do look forward to, more than anything, this organization, and team being feared again. In a good way. |

From my limited knowledge of Laughton, it seems he's a dose of what the Flyers need: Heart.
This team is decidedly lacking right now. |

Impressive...Detroit spanked the Bruins.
And the faint silver lining for the Flyers is the fact the Devils, Islanders and Blue Jackets all lost tonight, but the Rags and Gwens won. |
