So what is Bergevin's next move then?

Elite F? (good luck)
Elite D? (good luck)

Depth players are more than numerous enough in Montreal...

Isn't he already rumoured in Minnesota as a reunion with his buddy Pominville?

I don't want another Bergevin plan B. I think last summer's was bad enough.

Hey guys, just so you know...I found all of my snowboard gear...so I'm ready to hit the slopes.

I bought a helmet, so no need to worry that I'll hit my head and lose my wit...I should be able to continue to contribute daily on the site.

edit: My "next move" was moving out many vets at the deadline for picks. Highly unlikely that happens with their current standing.

- kev1586

not sure but i think if he makes a move, it will be a blockbuster. but it's much more likely he does nothing. he's in a tough spot because he doesn't have enough depth in terms of prospects to deal any away, and we don't have the NHL depth to make a 3-for-1 type swap.

Agreed.

But,

I could see a deal like Bourque + Diaz for wahtever the (frank) .

We kind of have a bit too much Depth.

He has. But, it is the acquisition of a player that was "more of what we already have" than anything else that bothered me.

I don't know. I like the idea of being able to move bodies like Bourque, Parros, Moen, White etc in and out of the lineup based on the opposition...
