umm, it gains us our best defenseman? - JAKEw1234
when brayden coburn is your best defenseman you got issues he's a 4-5 dman at best |

Damn that is poor rebound control - JAKEw1234
Nowhere near as bad as the "coverage" provided by Grossmann. The only thing he was covering on that play was the label of his undies. |

I honestly would be in agreement for that with an upgrade to the blue line. I could see a Voracek/1st rounder for a quality puck moving defenseman. Maybe send Mark Streit too?
I don't know, but a puck moving defenseman and a sniper who can skate would really be beneficial - justahockeyguy2
Isn't moving Streit for a puck moving dman redundant? |

More of this 2 goal or less horsepoop. 21 out of 27 games now. It's getting (frank)ing old |

Sure but even more so now, it's within distance and this is the poop that shows up. - LJF
I doubt the flyers are scoreboard watching. Also doubt that sliding into a tie for 3rd in the division with 60 games to play is extra incentive. |

He's a 3 I think. But why move him for a better dman when you have plenty of other valuable pieces to move? |

Its the Flyers fault for not imposing their will on a good team. They should have about 35 goals by now without allowing a shot on goal. - jmatchett383
Minny plays very disciplined. They are blocking a ton of shots, getting into passing lanes and supporting the puck. That being said I font think the flyers are playing up to their capabilities.

honestly, it's a little his fault. Not totally, but he is to blame. - JAKEw1234
I dont see how a goalie who has to come out and stop a slapshot like that can be at fault. His priority should be making the first save. He did that. |

I don't think anyone would argue that their blue line needs upgrading. But Coburn is a solid 3. |

3rd with a week to go is different than 3rd with 4 months to go. So much can/ will happen. Right now, it's 2 points just like every other non-conference game. |
