First goal was a nice shot.
Second Mason should have had.
Third was the refs. Two opposing players on top of Mason on a five on three.
How many five on threes have they had?

aside from the officiating which has become a one-sided disgrace, this team is just flat out awful.

3rd line and mason are the only ones earning their keep. night after night after night.

yes, he has. and so has giroux as usual, who was with franzen in the neutral zone, got caught standing and staring while franzen took off and then wired one off the post.

lets be honest - its not like the refs are making up these penalties. the flyers are playing undisciplined stupid hockey and they are getting called for it. the good news they have 20 minutes to go and are only 1 goal down.

they've been stupid and undisciplined, but some of these calls are marginal, and at the same time they've looked the other way a few times already for the wings. blatant x-check midway through the second in front of the net, interference by the guy whom hartnell ended up punching in the back of the head. 2 guys falling on mason without being shoved during the 5 on 3. no call. goal stands. it's pathetic.

G has been awful all year defensively an average if you can call it that on offense. I sure hope he snaps out of it, because next year he'll be almost 15% of the Cap.
