I can't believe we gave up Pither! - PhillySportsGuy
who was he?
I never saw him, was he a full time Phantom or something?
that trade was a salary dump, and no hockey deal.
If Alt makes it to the NHL it was a steal. |

@ Schenn2shine
Any changes on your impressions about Raffl?
I thought he had a nice game in Detroit. |

I'm so glad they are against policy in the WFC. That one season with the vuvuzelas in the playoffs I was ready to go postal. |

You know how it is. The fan base always needs someone to be the whipping boy. For plind it's schenn, for everyone else, it's plind. |

I'm pretty sure the rationale was something like this, from the Canes perspective:
"Paul, we're willing to GIVE you a prospect to take Boucher's contract off our hands. So long as you give us a body back."
Prospect turned out to be Alt, who is pretty damn promising. NOICE.
Also, anyone that gives a poop, our physio AVERAGE this morning was a 61. Sixty (frank)in one.
I got a 72 |

On the bright side, Schenner put that right on the guy's tape. |

I think Pither signed as an overage junior player with the Flyers.
I think I read recently that he's not even playing in North America. |

People do realize that the puck hits the player that skates in front of Schenn, changes direction and ends up in the slot right vs him putting it right on the guys tape.

I had back spasms for years until I finally got an MRI and it revealed a herniated disc. It's the worst. You tweak it once and you're out of commission for at least a week. - PhillySportsGuy
I just herniated my L5-s1 and have two bulging discs below that messing with my nerves on both sides. Started as back spasms. I couldn't walk for 3 weeks.. got an epidural and cortisone shot this tuesday and its helped a ton. Doc said I might have to do it a few more times. After the 1st I have to pay out of pocket 15% of the bill up to 5, 000 $. Not including my deductible. I'm forced to choose being broke and selling my home or not fix my back. |

I didn't know we have the current youngest active scout in the NHL:
Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie 5m
"@DNFlyers: ICYMI, read about the NHL's youngest full-time scout, Nick Pryor: http://www.philly.com/phi...f_the_scouting_block.html …" / Good read. - JAKEw1234
Read that this morning.
I know people here don't like him, but it might actually be Frank's best work. |
