My friend went to the game tonight, and I texted him about an hour before it started not to bother because the Caps were starting this rookie goalie making his 3rd ever start and he would shut us out. So far, so good on that.

Playing last night isn't an excuse, the Caps played last night to. Caps are getting to most of the loose pucks

Tear this team apart trade everyone except Nash, Kreider,Hagelin and Mcdonagh, great start to the home stand, we've been embarrassed before but this is the absolute worst, it's gone on for far too long

they have some nice skill on this team but they are missing two important pieces to the puzzle. a legitimate enforcer and a secondary scorer to accompany Nash. without them, they will continue to be average.

Basically the same team that went to the playoffs last year. When to going get's tough this current teams folds, that's a direct reflection of the head coach. How many stretches have we seen where Rangers just get blitzed and AV just looks across the bench, chewing his gum. He doesn't call a TO, ever. He just let's them continue to sink.

i hate this team. any chance we had of blowing it up and drafting high disappeared when hank signed that contract. we dont have the assets to trade for anything without losing all our depth and we wont have the cap space to sign anyone worth signing. i hate them.
