This team has such a logjam(karl hungus) of young forwards slotted for the 2nd and 3rd lines it's going to be really interesting to see who stays and who goes these next few seasons.

2 interesting things:

1.) Claude Giroux needs to show more, given his impending raise in his contract extension. No question about it. But wait until you see/hear what guys like Toews, Kane, etc. are about to get when the cap goes up. Wowsers. Giroux's deal might seem like a bargain.

2.) Jeff Chychrun has a kid that is good at hockey. I officially feel old.

Just the worst. I still feel like part of the reason the Flyers traded for Luke Schenn was because they had Brayden. It makes no sense. It's not like they're the Sedins and can play on the same line.
