he is.. he's been one of the most stable guys back there.. yet you guys rip on him because he isnt an all star and cant make up for rielly and gardiner's miscues.

then carlyle sticks him with fraser.. another guy who should be sent to the AHL and not resigned.

Ranger has actually been a very good d-man.. considering his pay scale and bottom pairing role. cant expect much more really.

I don't rip on him or at least haven't since somebody gave me 3 days ( sucks when you have a different opinion ) His positioning has been way better, but again last night he gets beat like a peewee houseleaguer on a stupid pinch when he zero backup...I don't mind getting beat by a better player going wide or dangling the puck, it's going to happen to most D...but to pinch in stupid spots..is well just stupid. I don't care what he makes...if he make $5/game...or if he's making $500,000/game...if he's not getting the job done...I could care less about salary. I just like W's
