I don't know what his metrics look like (possession, SPG, etc) since that Edmonton game where he got his first one, but I feel like they've been better.

And I am in that minority that will defend Hartnell.

I think you can do both -- Hartnell is simply getting older, but that doesn't mean he won't be able to play and contribute -- I have a feeling Hartnell's going to play better a little lower in the lineup.

I was at the game he did that the first itme. That goal seemed more lucky.

I think Coots had no other play and figured "what the hell".

So it was Hartnell all along.......

for me it has nothing o do with speed, he was never a good skater. seems like he isn't going to those tough areas and winning battles he used to. and smartly agitating others. I don't know if this has anything to do with how he feels being anoterh year older but if he sint doing those things he sint going to be overly successful.

This has been a pretty damn good game so far. All lines playing well. Simmonds got that goon with a few nice rights.

I would say he's faster and he makes better, smarter decisions with puck. He's more responsible defensively as well.

I think that's fair and probably true.

It's kinda obvious that Berube seems to really trust Raffl, as well.

What's going to happen when Vinny gets back? It's a ways off, sure, and who's to say Raffl can keep this up, but he's making it tough right now on Berube and Holmgren.
