well Bergeron to me is probably the MVP for the Bruins
so that was really high praise - Marc D
You just have to remember what Bergeron was as a first and second year player when we were running his head through the end boards. It will take some patience if it's going to happen. |

For only 77 cents a day, we can pay overseas Chinese infants pennies to create gifs to send to gif-starved Indian children. Each month, you'll receive a pamphlet of your child, glowing with the approval you seek while he stares quizzically at the gifs you've brought into their life. |

Didn't we have dinner with "her" or am I screwing that person up with another? - mayorofangrytown
Oh, I don't know. I didn't think that was Gunky. But that was many moons ago. |

This Blue Jackets writer claims the Flyers tried to trade both Carter and Richards to Columbus in one package. He claims the total package would have been Jake Voracek, their 1st (Sean Couturier), their 3rd (Nick Cousins), their next 1st (Ryan Murray), and Marcus Johansen. Columbus apparently didn't want to sell their whole farm, and stuck with just Carter. Damn their team could be different if they got both Carter and Richie. Nash might still be a Jacket. |

But that 1st round pick might not have been Ryan "Broken Leg" Murray because they may have finished higher than second worst. But then again, that draft from 1-24 is pretty good looking. |

It's definitely a hisk risk/high return trade, that's for sure. Pens need help past their top-5 (Crosby, Neal, Malkin, Kunitz, Dupusi) and Flyers need help...well, everywhere on D. - jmatchett383
i like laughton a lot. that being said. im drinking the kool aid on maatta big time. im not going to say lidstrom, but i can see being a top two way defenseman. granted, a lot of dmen have shown promise real early only to flatline, but i like his odds at being a tremendous asset |

If that happened I'd be pumped.
But, Carter for Coots and Scoreacek is a rock solid haul |

Olli's are usually a flash in the pan. He might settle into a long career with a couple good season's but that's the upside on an Olli. I wouldn't hold my breath |
