Always good to look at a few for sure, and when you find one you like, walk through it at least two or three times. You always see it differently each time.

I think he's in Southern Ontario, so probably reasonable compared to Fort Mac or the West Coast.

Looking at houses in the $250000 range. Most of the houses we are looking at a side split or raised bunalows about 15-20 yrs old.There are 2 with walkoutsand large (75x150 )lots. All are on cresents/circles etc where there would be little traffic.
Got a similar price on my house. Its a 2 story old house I gutted and did over myself. Put a 650sq ft addition on 4 yrs ago with cathederal ceilings etc.
