Looking at houses in the $250000 range. Most of the houses we are looking at a side split or raised bunalows about 15-20 yrs old.There are 2 with walkoutsand large (75x150 )lots. All are on cresents/circles etc where there would be little traffic.
Got a similar price on my house. Its a 2 story old house I gutted and did over myself. Put a 650sq ft addition on 4 yrs ago with cathederal ceilings etc.

We're actually looking at a place that's a lot bigger than ours currently is. New one is 3800 sq/ft, it has a media/sports room with French doors leading out into the back yard. Really nice place and it's only four years old.

Nor is mine.

Can't complain. My wife is hot and usually waits on me with all kids of food and "treats" while I am in sports watching mode. Buys all kinds of kool poop for my man cave. My little girl would rather sit and watch hockey and football the cartoons
