We're using the same formula you used. You know...the one where Edler is a career 40-50pt dman...except that he's a 38pt dman.

Here's the formula though...just in case you're having trouble:

[career points / career games] x 82

Edler - 38
JVR - 46

If we just take a simple average (career points / # of seasons):

Edler - 26.875
JVR - 31.8

Now let's take a look at both your claims and see whether the above numbers support your thesis:

1. Edler is a 40-50pt dman - NOPE
2. Edler averages more points than JVR - NOPE

Amen. Cardio and a healthy diet is all it takes to lose weight.

People also forget all the calories they burn when they work out and dont compensate that into their diet, and they're shocked when they dont develop the muscle mass they hoped for. Eat, eat and eat! (healthy)

Or they do the same routines day in and day out and never increase the weights or intensity of their workouts. Bodies adapt people.

Most imporantly, working your abs to show them off is a great idea....if you dont have a layer of fat hiding it underneath.
