Rinne is supposed to be back by the 3rd week of January. I could listen to offers on him

Didn't realize Enroth got dropped, nice pickup.
- Nucker101

Yeah, I thought he was still on waivers and I'd just be making a claim.

Still need Miller to get moved, and even then it'll be a few years before he'll have a respectable record, if Buff does a proper rebuild.

Still a good, young potential starter.

Damn you Fosco

Not saying I'm in favour of him staying, just know there are a few on here that want him gone much more than others.

Saw something from a "Redwings Alerts" twitter source, as well, but they were probably reporting it from another source already mentioned.

TO probably doesn't want to trade a C without another coming back.

Apparently it is believed the canucks are asking for 4 pieces. Believed to be 1st rounder(wings are hesitant to include) Nyquist, Tatar and Smith.

We actually have an abundance once Bolland is back. But I don't see that trade work as we don't need either one so bad that we give up Kadri, as well we aren't dieing to get rid of liles that bad either.

I presume they are speculating but they said they asked the wings for 4 pieces.
Edler for JVR?

I think it would be a first or Tatar with the other two or possibly Tatar and the first period but Detroit might be slightly hesitant to give up both.

Fraser for Sedins?

Kidding aside JVR has to be under untouchables starting to show why he was a second overall pick and will hopefully keeping improving. He's is becoming a elite power forward now that he knows to use his size. Imagine if we had a coach that knew how to use offence player

Of the 4 pieces I'd take Tatar last

So in a world where a trade could happen between van and tor what would be the deal. Gardiner/Franson and Kadri for Edler and a 3rd?

Nyquist has crazy talent. And Smith was called the best defensive prospect in the AHL for 2 yrs.

I'd take Tatar over Smith. I'd trade Edler for Nyquist, 1st and Tatar. Smith's possession numbers have never been that good.

No offense, but aside from the fact that TO simply doesn't want to give up JVR, the value isn't far off.

Certainly doesn't warrant the hyperbolic Fraser for Sedins counter.

Edler has a lot of value.

In my opinion the value isn't close JVR value to the leafs vs what edler value to the leafs isn't close. That's what I'm getting at. The Fraser sedin was just to annoy you guys
