One shoot-out loss where the Sedins factored into 2 of the 3 goals gets this type of response

What would Chompsey say?

- Fosco

He'd be offering all the bi-polars a 2 fisted chompsey cocktail.

His numbers are decent, but have fallen off a bit. Check out save percentages around the league, all of a sudden something like a .918sv% is like the league average.

But I agree that he or Bishop over Howard was the right choice.

I don't want any part of ROR for what he thinks he's worth...

Imagine if we were paying $5 million for Santorelli... That's basically what ROR's contributed to the Avs (including an identical & pathetic 14 hits on the season). No thanks! If we're trading Edler, I want a young gritty immediate contributor in return (Brayden Schenn/Evander Kane or similar).

For one good season Santo is worth 2 mill for 2 years max

I would take ROR over Kane in a heartbeat.

Yeah Vantel and I were discussing it the other day and I said 2 yrs Max and 2.5 mill per Max. You still have to look at a players body of work and their upside. To mention Santorrelli to ROR is nonsense

Twins-Kassian

Higgins-Kesler-Burrows

Booth-Santorelli-Hansen

Weise-Richardson-Sestito

- golfingsince

If we are staying with what we got, I really don't see a situation that is better then the current 2nd line. Take your pick of burrows and Kassian hiding shot gun for the twins

Yeah, no need to get worked up over anyone with a different opinion. I'll agree to disagree with Vantel on this one as I have in the past. Danny is overpaid tough, and Hank is better.

One thing 24/7 did was make Phaneuf look even more dumb and plain.

I find this comment to be very disrespectful towards Muppets.

I think this would be wise for both parties involved. Would be kinda like a bridge contract, if he keeps this play up he gets his money on the next contract 2 years down the road.

I didn't think I was being nasty at all...

Since when is it nasty to counter a ridiculous comment with a little sarcasm?

...since the original comment was directed at me.

After Santos bone head gaff last night skating away from the puck instead of collapsing to the net with .40 sec left in the game I was surprised at Torts move to play him in OT as well as the shootout. Torts has faith. That play was an all around fail for that whole line but I chose to single him out.

McDavids ability to track down the puck carrier and strip them of the puck is a thing to behold.
