And as you said, "Most of Giroux and Voracek's points from the Power Play." You can add Hartnell's numbers in there as well, and Simmonds'. That also means that every single point Raffl has so far this season has been at even strength, and every team needs a line that is a threat 5 v 5, and that is neither the 2nd nor 3rd lines for the Flyers right now.

In other words, Raffl's are the harder points to earn.

What Giroux does is on Giroux. He has help but for the most part, he is the straw that stirs the drink. I'm not saying Raffl hasn't played well, I'm saying he's a solid at player, not a top line player. Downie on the fourth line is just wrong to me.

He's a 3rd line player otherwise. You want to mess with good, established line chemistry so you can bump some guy you have a crush on up a line? Downie can still get TOI with other lines while being officially slated on the 4th line.

Downie can play top six. Seemed to do quite well with St. Louis and Stamkos.
