Teddy on non roster waivers per TG - notlouis
Kind of surprised no one would give up even a late draft pick for him but its not the end of the world. He was going nowhere here. |

CBGB has become our 3rd line rather have
Boucher-Lokti-Bernier
Carter-Gionta-CamJan
for our bottom-six. Boucher has no business in a 4th line checking role. Neither does Lokti. Either play them properly or don't play them at all. - TheJerseyDevil1
I actually overlooked the lines because I thought Elias was playing. I went back and looked and we could sit that whole 4th line down and it wouldn't make a difference. Send down Boucher and call up Setito or just ruin Boucher like we did with Teddy and JJ. Give them no opportunity to succeed. |

I thought we should waived him weeks ago because he isn't or won't be a part of our future and at least let him play somewhere he could have a shot of getting more than 6 minutes a night. JJ is almost to that point, Lokti and JJ are the same player, Lokti brings a little creativity, and when I mean a little creativity, I mean the least amount a guy could have. |

Agreed. I've been calling it for a while too. Seemed like a great kid but never was able to get his game together. I'm not ready to waive Lokti or JJ, but I'd look to trade them for whatever we can get. |

I didn't mean waive JJ or Lokti, my faunt, I meant if they could trade them, than do it don't let them sit for almost 2 weeks (JJ hasn't played since last Monday, 23rd), and expect him to produce in one game.

Someone mentioned this on TG Fire and Ice
Shootout lineup: Boucher Gelinas Brodeur Schneider
Can goalies shootout? That would be awesome if Brodeur or Schneider scored to help us win. |

That was honestly Tedenby's best game. It's a shame there isn't a trade out there to get anything for him. How guys with skill and can play the game have to get claimed for free like the Butlers, D'agostini's but you can totally trade some plug like Barch or Janssen and get a something return? I mean we caught some guy who was like 23? who lead our AHL team in points before getting injured for over a month for Krystofer Barch but you can't get a seventh rounder for Mattias Tedenby. I guess a little bit of it has to do with Lou not wanting to give up a 7th for Tedenby because he feels he is worth more to us so he then tries to take a chance of keeping him and sending him down instead of trying to get a 7th for him. |

I guess this is the most likely scenario but we gotta start moving people out eventually.
Also, Briere will only waive his NTC for Pitt, Washington, Buffalo and the NYC area teams. Unless he comes really cheap I don't want him. He's been crap this season and still has another year on his contract. |

Hawks with serious interest in Marty and we are showcasing him tonight Pens and Caps to, all very interesting. I don't think Marty could turn down a trade to Chicago. He seems to want to be a starter bad and if you want to be a starter you want to win the cup. If he where to hitch a ride from a team for a 4th cup I think the Hawks would be the one team I would be ok with him going. They already have a damn good chance of winning it. Add in Marty he could give Crawford a little more rest so he is as ready as can be or Marty plays back up and gets a game a series. |

Did you do that skills competition against Luongo? Schneider can shoot faster and more accurately than most of our blue line. |

oh yea he is poop. unless you get something really worth while then there is no point. if a upper quality prospect was coming here with either Briere or Erat then there is no sense in them. |

I'd rather go after erat either way. We need a LW more than anything. Mike Sislo recalled and is playing tonight |

Cam's out, so can't complain there. My guess is that they don't feel Whitney is big enough to make it. Probably still has to round out his game. Sislo's put up some decent numbers, but still a weird move. |
