Van def makes the playoffs. If however you guys are outside looking in from a far. I think very few guys are for sale.

Is Edler a guy most of you fans want traded?

Simmonds and Ladd would be good in Van. But would cost you guys alot to get. I hate you guys even more if you got those guys. That would help you bang with the best of them.

Love to have Ladd, he scored 29, 28 & 18 in 48 games over the past three years. He's local, he's big, we need that!! Plus he's signed for two more years at $4.5 million, good deal.

You have to pay a lot if you want to get.

We just signed Higgins and Hansen this year to 4 year deals with NTC so the chance of Gaunce Jensen and Archibald coming in any time soon makes them expendable IMO. Higgins Hansen are good third liners and Santo can center that line for two to three years.

Burrows is aging and we need bigger faster stronger. His value is dropping by the year to other teams and only has true value to Canucks but a m4 mil third liner is nuts.

Primary scoring and secondary scoring is an issue so the top 6 need an overhaul.

He's an upgrade on Higgins for the second line, which is what we should be after. Leave Burrows with the twins, it works. But get a second line that's an actual second line. Higgy's great, but at the end of the day he's a third line winger that can occasionally move up.

We need a playmaker, not yet another shoot 1st/blinders player. People need to forget about him, and Kane. We need a Vorecek/Eberle/Marcus Johannson/Turris etc type type player

First off there is a large gap between improving and contender.

2nd Horvat is on both scenerios, not just the one after the trade, correct?

The canucks would be far further ahead to allow Gaunce, Shink and this yrs 1st develop rather then give them up for a short term fix like Ladd
