Dude, no one knows where Waterloo is (other than golfing), it would be like someone out here saying they lived 20 km north of Cedar.

You need no reference yourself from Toronto, the centre of the universe.

I'm still laugh or embarrassed by the GTA. All the whining they did about the power outage after the ice storm. Looking for handouts its been pretty pathetic to be honest

Also Waterloo is home of RIM and I'm sure everybody here knows about them

Speaking of Cedar, do you ever go to The Crow & Gate Pub. Best English pub not in England!! The scotch eggs are to die for!

Yeah, a bunch. Good friends of mine own the Mahle House in Cedar, great food if you're in the mood for a sit down dinner.

I must say, though, that Mrs. Marwood makes much better beef & onion or turkey& veg pies.

Well that goes without saying.

I guess the lack of skiers is a bit tough on business? I heard on the radio this morning that Whistler/Blackcomb are honouring Mt Washington seasons passes.

We'll be ok but a lot of other businesses are getting hit hard. There's precip in the forecast but the freezing level remains dodgy at best. A lot of people freaking out and losing their sh!t. Kind of like some Canuck fans after a string of losses!! Skiers can be a bunch of whiny little c*nts, though.

Nah, even when I lived there I wasn't a fan.

I was a North Stars fan until the Canucks won me over...

Moved here so I could be closer to the team
