yes lol but not everyday or at school. I started smoking lots in grade ten. We would buy a half ounce and basically smoke it really fast so basically you were sober cause u over smoked. Then I was like this is dumb and didn't really smoke pot anymore except when really hammered or with old friends. I think weed isn't as bad as everyone thinks. Wasn't high when I did anything dumb in my life was always booze involved

Yep, Work is for work... Ive seen guys get hurt and killed in the field before, worked with drunks and crack addicts, high on the job... seen enough of it at this point in my career now to say something and call guys out, when I started I just thought it was part of the job though

Yep, Work is for work... Ive seen guys get hurt and killed in the field before, worked with drunks and crack addicts, high on the job... seen enough of it at this point in my career now to say something and call guys out, when I started I just thought it was part of the job though

It does take balls to call someone out but its a good way to start a mutiny. Most ppl don't smoke at work but I know a lot of ppl are hung over for sure. I am a welder though so I don't work around a lot of ppl unless a tie in. If any one was to get hurt it would be a pipe fitter or labour. I know you are suppose to be a team but if your doing wrong things at work then there could be repercussion and I am not a babysitter

Anyone can pass a drug test with those clean kits or clean piss. They usually don't test till its to late where any accident has happened. I would say rigs have the most cause of the hours. Heard a lot of ppl do speed like truckers to stay awake.

Welder is a tough job, but you are basically responsible for yourself. Me being an operator, Im responsible for anyone working in my unit, so I gotta have that little voice in my head, but if Im dealing experienced workers, Im certainly not gonna bother them, they know how to do their job, as Im sure you do too
