I know you aren't new here, making it up as you go is the go to move here on HB. - nated81
Well he is so what can I say? As I said, i'm not saying Nash should be there but the guy has a nice track record with Hockey Canada. He was dominant on Saturday, scored twice tonight. |

Yup. Not sure why Seabiscuit is even in the conversation. Now there's a guy that got relegated in 2010. |

Mostly because we have a roster short on NHL talent, poor defensive players and heart. |

That one guy who plays on that one team in Canada. Honestly, goaltending scares the living poop out of me. Kinda like waking up next to Reveens mom in the morning. Terrifying. |

Yeah, I say go with the proven guy first, it's Lu's until he (frank)s up. Remember 2002 when Cujo started. The Swedes lit him up and it was all Brodeur. Difference was, Cujo hadn't done poop up to that point. Fine Goalie, but really only started cuz his Maple Leafs coach was the boss of the Canadian bench that year. |

Im a Habs fan, but I would go back to Luongo if he's healthy. He has proven to win the gold before, went to game 7 of the SCF, and having a pretty good year. Or maybe I just want Price to rest for two weeks
Price has been better so far this year though. I don't think he will screw up with that all-star defense core. People are talking like Canada has this huge weakness in goal. Im comfortable with both. Mike Smith too |

The lack of legit NHL'ers is something notable. Seriously, how many other NHL teams would employ Jones, Acton, Dubnyk or Belov? Pretty short line up,I think. |

I'm comfortable because of our defense. But if it were a shooting gallery the advantage goes to USA and Sweden. Russia has (frank) all as does the Fins with Rinne hurt. Fortunately I don't see it that way. One thing I'm not seeing is the toughness as we had in Vancouver. Bigger ice, I suppose, but watch the first period of Canada/Russia 2010 again. Kicked the poop out them Ruskies. |
