I think its about respect from the players. Tortorella might have hockey smarts and is good about how to match up players... but his yelling and hard ass style gets old and loses the respect of players. Once the players lose respect, they don't buy into the coach's system and things fall apart. I think its happening to the Leafs. IMO once your team gets into a length slump you have to change the coach. You cannot recover, I don't think.

Oh, I played against higher aged house league during the week. Home games sometimes and out of town games for league play. About 8-9 tournaments a year.
