You can't speak up at all during the game ... or somebody calls 1-800-IRAT.... And you get kicked out.....

I 100% agree about the Cheap beer too ... and I have a 60" HD TV which is just as good to watch it on.

60 inch tv are you over compensating for something?

Call me spoiled but anything less than 50 in sparkling HD sucks for sports.

Colton Sissons, who I know a few on here wanted the Canucks to pick in the 1st round in 2012 (including myself, until Gaunce dropped), just made the AHL all-star team (rookie year), with 23p in 33 games (2 more points than Grenier in 1 more game).

I can remember screaming at the TV when NSH picked him at 50th overall, 7 spots before the Canucks picked Mallet.

That would have been a great first two rounds if he fell; but who knows, Gillis seemed pretty set on Mallet, so he might have picked him anyway…

There were a few great prospects still on the board at that pick

Some of us can do just fine with a 32 incher we know how to satisfy with smaller

I wanted Severson.

I liked the Gaunce pick.

Did not like the Mallet/Grenier picks, save the overage projects for the late rounds if they fall. I'd rather take a chance on the younger players in the draft...more room for growth(literal and non-literal)and upside IMO.

Just picked up a 47-inch 3D TV in the summer. Threw the 32 in the bedroom.

32 seemed fine before I got the bigger one, but it's just not the same now...

Yeah, actually anything over 45 is good IMO. Once you go big, you just don't feel as happy with the smaller ones......

Gardiner out; Mark Fraser in.
Gardiner is a minus-7 in his last 12 games while recording one goal and two assists. This is the first time he has been scratched since November 27.

I actually like Gardiner quite a bit. I think he'll be a good 2nd pairing defensemen.

Severson was who I wanted if Sissons was gone at 57

Didn't mind the Grenier pick. He floundered for a few years, but is playing some excellent hockey this season. Kid's got some serious moves around the net.

Likely got some consideration for the AHL all-star game.

Mallet was almost a total unknown to me, so I was a bit surprised and disappointed.

Really liked the description of his game and his numbers his final year in the Q after I did some research. They were better than a couple of the 1st round picks in his first draft eligible year.

He's disappointed overall at the pro level, but has been playing better of late. Still some bottom-6 potential, but his offense is pretty non-existent. Not surprising considering his minutes and line mates, though.

If I recall, the Canucks were expecting him to be ready sooner, rather than later, so I still consider it a big scouting fail, like most of the QMJHL picks…

Glad they've stayed away recently, and overhauled the minor scouting.

Would have to be + another good asset for sure. But if the price is reasonable, Gardiner could be a nice addition for someone.

Bad timing for 3 D . New improved 4 D is coming next year. You will enjoy for a year but anyone thinking of buying wait until next year, new technology coming

On a side note , cool you will, enjoy it.

Like a 1st round Pick added?.... or a former 1st rounder? I doubt that even Gardiner and a 2nd even starts a conversation.... would be Gardiner , 1st or one of there better prospects just to get that conversation started.... Top 6 Centers are so hard to get.

There's a 4th dimension ?

Mind blown.

I got it at a steal, so I couldn't pass it up.

It up-converts 2D to 3D, some stuff better than others. It's pretty cool, but nothing outrageous.

Got it for cheaper than comparable 2D models were going for.
