There is definitely something wrong with the coaching relationship in Toronto. Randy cannot keep suppressing the talents of the team in order to make the team play his system. He needs to identify the team strengths and identity and develop them. If they keep trying to do the same thing over and over and it doesn't work; it's time to try something new. Before the team tunes him out completely and play off hopes disappear. |
