If at this stage of their careers they suck because the coach is telling them they do then they chose the wrong occupation. Time for the million dollar babies to get off their asses and earn some of the fans support. These are adults not children.

If they miss the playoffs, I predict wholesale changes.

I think it depends how the miss the playoffs. If they right the ship but fall just short, which is very much possible, I think small changes will be made.

Given the frustration of the fan base, however, a continued death spiral and I wouldn't be surprised if you were right.

It's true. I do think though RC can be too micro managing, to the point where guys lose that loosness. You gotta be a little loosy goosy when you get that puck and have to make a split second decision. One of the reasons I feel this way is they snap it away too quick. It's been a while since I've seen anyone collect the puck, take their time make a nice crips pass, it's all rushed. I'm not saying it's all on RC but i think they might be a little tight right now, and he may be the reason.

Goaltending isn't the problem with this team...Doesn't matter who they play at this point...Bernier/Reimer in the short list of good on this team...
