They've stopped playing for themselves. Changing the coach will bring short term gain, the players will be back to this in no time. It's the players and coach

It's far easier to find one coach who can get the most out of his group than find 20 new players.

We have already had a 100% roster turnover in the past 3-4 years. From the time Burke got here until the time he left, every player on the 20 man roster had been changed.

We're putting completely new parts into the same machine. The problem seems to be the organization itself. Sorry to Carlyle, but to change at an organizational level, the coach sometimes needs to go.

At the very least, coach and management need to be on the same page to clean up the mess. They aren't.

The turnover started when Wilson was here. Coach and management are on the same page, most of the new players management got, were ok'd by the coach
