I'm 90% sure that those would, at the very least, cause an opposing attacker to have to go around them.

Last year, at least when we lost, we showed a little effort.

We made it tough to play us last year. That kind of things helps you in the long run. There's a mental edge you get when the other team doesn't want to play you.

If you can't take 2 points from a team, at least make them work to get the win. Make them feel it the next morning.

When 3 teams below us in the standings can walk in a take 6 points without breaking a sweat, there's a serious problem.

Yes...

half a season was played, who knows had they played a full season maybe the 18 wheeler goes off the cliff again

The work ethic was there every game last year though. There were a few periods (especially the 2nd) but we'd usually start strong and finish strong. Not this year.
