I think, not that anyone asked, that you go with the highly skilled franchise type d-man cuz they aren't a dime a dozen.
Highly skilled forwards are a little more abundant.

Common sense would say Reinhart, franchise centre potential but Ekblad is the Crosby/ Taveres equivalent on defense.

You look how good Seth Jones has been and you have to think Ekblad is in the same realm.

My 2 cents I'd go Ekblad. The way we are looking , we're looking good for either McDavid or Eichel in 2015. Plus I like the idea of having a future #1 D man earlier since they take longer to develop. I'd be ok with either though.

Now if we can find a way to get Virtanen and Tuch as well.

Reinhart not predicted to be a franchise centre, he's said to be more of a number 1 or 2 centre but not franchise level. Ekblad is more likely to be a number 2 or 3 d-man but again, not franchise level. It's only speculation at this point but they aren't seeming to be franchise guys like a McDavid or something. Just what i've heard.

I'd love Ekblad, especially if we keep on this pace next year with the likes of McDavid and Eichle in the forward pool, both of whom are centres. But Reinhart wouldn't hurt either.
