Bad move. If Burke wasn't such a loudmouth he'd probably still be working in Vancouver. It's not that every move he makes is a quality one, but he does make some sound moves. It's that every move or non move is a loud one which draws way too much attention to him, both positive and negative.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that he was hired to take over Burke since he's easier to control for MLSE. Burke would never listen to anyone else or let them influence the way he built his teams, Nonis seems like a guy who would do it to get/keep his GM job.

Kadri and Franson I would be fine with parting with. I ll keep lupul I like his game minus getting injured.

Don't want to trade kessel and JVR contract is too good to trade away in the cap era for what he brings and potentially improving as well.
