Luongo wasn't overvalued, it was the situation that made him undervalued.

Moving forward I don't think many nhl goalies will bring much of a return. There are so many young goalies coming up that are studs, and the vets shelf life isn't what it used to be.

I'm not talking about Luongo. I'm talking about the guy who ended up getting traded. A top 9(in an amazing draft. Basically a top 5 in most drafts) for a largely unproven goalie. I wouldn't trade Kassian yet, he is a mystery that improves week to week. OK Hall is very good and it would be tempting but Canucks have to contend with the big tough West and they need players like Kass.
