If Halak is so great why do the Blues want an upgrade? Also I didn't know one season makes him a great goalie. He had one good season but to call his work in Montreal great is a joke.

I doubt the Blues want an upgrade anywhere near as much as Sabres fans do. His full body of work in MTL was excellent. So was his play at the Olympics.

Imagine living in Buffalo where we are dying for just one championship from one of our teams. There is a reason we have shirts that say just one before I die. Hell my 5 month old has one!

You and I have a different definition of excellent. He was excellent for one year not counting his 6 games in one season. But regardless the blues want an upgrade Miller is an upgrade

Saying "just one Cup before I die" was funny to me when I was younger, but every year that goes by, I start to wonder! Haha if you can guarantee that to happen i would give you Miller for a 7th! I've sat through wide right no goal and the having to dress an AHL blueline in a game seven. It's painful

How good is Halak is he good because he has a good team in front of him or does he steal games or is it a bite of both.

Honestly,not a rumor. Before Murray was hired he had three meeting with LAFONTAINE and said he wants to win a cup. Nothing has changed,he met with Murray and he wants to win now.he is definetly getting traded before trade deadline.

Ott totally makes sense for the Blues. But I can tell you with about 300% certainty (and I'm not trying to be confrontational)......that the Blues will absolutely not trade either Tarasenko or Schwartz. If a deal can't be made without including one of them, Armstrong won't make the trade. Those two have been the Blues best players lately and are going to be the backbone of the team for the next 10 years. Sure, I'd trade my wife for a Cup.........but not Tarasenko or Schwartz!
