He is actually really good and we are getting him for a steal since he is kind of injury prone. He is a good depth guy and I don't see him going anywhere.

NHL14 rejects my trades all the time

Blues fans really dont like giving up much to get a potential cup winning goalie

Tarasenko 900,000

Roy 4,000,000 - he pretty much has to come back to sabres for salary cap reasons


To BLUES:

Sabres fans need to realize that goalies don't bring back returns of other starters, a top6 forward, a 1st and more...
Schneider is a stud, much younger, and much cheaper than Miller...and was worth ONE 1st round pick...

Right so he gives them STL, SJ, ANA, CHI, PIT, NYR, LA, BOS.....bye bye leverage.

I'm not saying Miller will do that just that he controls the trade as much as anyone.

Flames
Panthers
Islanders
Jets
Predators
Hurricanes
Devils

Rember the 8 list that Miller has is a list of 8 teams that he will NOT accept a trade to. The list you have is called a perfered list wich mean the sabres will do every thing to make it happpen but their is no guarantee.

I would move Boston and New York Rangers off that list.

Nor should they but offering salary dumps, halak, and a late 1st is stupid

There needs to be something coming back that substantially improves the sabres roster as well....aka a top prospect

Absolutely, but for how much longer? You'd have to hand it to Miller for all his experience, but Schneider has played exceptionally well this year. I hoping that Horvat ends up doing will for the Canucks or that trade could very well haunt the team for years to come.

Tarasenko play in the last month, talent, potential and ELC make him almost un-tradeable at this point from a gm standpoint. He has consistently been one of the 1-4 best players on the ice, night in, night out (barring his flu bout).

i wouldn't even think of moving miller and ott along with a 2nd for that package, we basically get tarasenko and well..................nobody else.

That a bunch of throw ins besides berglund from Stl along with a late 1st.

We have a 3rd line C in the AHL in Larsson who will be great and will require giving up nothing for. Unless you want to play Berglund on the wing like he has in the past for a bit it makes no sense....maybe if the 1st was in 2015....maybe
