Me personally, I wouldn't be moving Coburn at all until after FA plays out this summer and we know what our D group is looking like moving forward. Too many question marks right now to be moving him for a forward.

Agreed. With our limited assets it seems most likely that any big trade would involve a D man coming back our way. I personally have a feeling we'll see Laughton+ moved to address it if anything. That is unless someone blows us away with an offer on Coots.

I think its naive for people to think they can get Yakupov on the cheap. The Oilers would want a young dman with top pairing potential. Or a young, stud goalie++. Flyers are weak in areas where the Oilers have needs.

I swear to god if the NBA puts the Knicks on national tv and the NHL puts a lopsided matchup like Sabers/Pens on national tv again, I'm going to lose it. WHO THE (frank) DECIDES THESE GAMES!?!?!

For Nik Grossmann, that number would be terrific.

For somebody like Yak, who should be running roughshod over the cushy match-ups he faces, it could stand to be a lot better.

The Oilers overall are a mess. MacTavish looks to have made a good move to add Scrivens. But they do need to get some more grind it out guys and leadership in the room

No. That would be the smart thing to do. They couldn't move the game up an hour and start it at 9pm. Or how about at least a double header tonight. I could put up with Pens/Sabers if we got that second game.
