After that 2nd goal he def is. Thomas has been letting in some easy ones lately. Team still can't score, every time Huberdeau gets the puck it's either a pass or he just has no idea what to do wth the puck. He might be the easiest player to take the puck from. Seems pretty easy taking his little body off the puck. All I want is a great offense to watch every night. Until that happens this team will always be below average.

Ok mr tallon we suck with all these over paid vets you had to pay to get to the cap floor so let's suck with youngsters, at least they give the effort

I mean Thomas has played well aside from that 2nd goal. But huberdeau will get it eventually. You guys used to be my team in the east I rooted for so I followed a bit. Anyways you can have great D and goaltending and win(Boston and la kings). But if you don't have that great goalie, maybe markstrom in the future, your rebuild may not go as planned. But I think you got the right pieces in place huberdeau, barkov, gudbranson, and bjugstad to be contenders with the right supporting pieces through the draft and tradging.Heck I don't think you guys are as bad as your record shows.

Plus dale tallon should be trusted to build it correctly. I think in the next few years you have a good team.

From the games I've watched between us you guys always give 110% which is great for the youngsters to learn you don't want to be like the oilers and rely completely on youth.

I certainly hope so. If not today, soon. If he doesn't show the pending FA's that the franchise is serious about improvement and spending (make a deal towards improvement) then, no quality FA will take the team seriously. This problem has happened several times before. A great place for a player to live with the tax breaks/winter weather. This team shouldn't be struggling to obtain quality talent. But, thats the SAME old story, for ANOTHER day.

He should have been playing the last 2-3yrs gaining experience, the season outcome would have been the same. Bringing in a 39 yr old guy like thomas makes no sense since we were not going anywhere anyway. There's a reason why nobody wanted him back after is hiatus. Except our dumb ass origination.

I agree 100% on your assumption. I've stated the Markstrom playing time theory this same way. Especially this season. But, since we obtained a talent/hall of Famer like Tim Thomas, I've enjoyed it. Hasn't probably done a damn thing to move us forward, but it is WHAT it is. Markstrom must play, and I'm tired of repeating it.
