The roster over there at PanthersBuzz is pretty small with slim pickings. I hope we managed to get a good return for BiggE. |

I don't know about best...but his game has sure picked up over the last little bit. Dare I say Coburn has been solid too? |

Well, according to MJL you are to assume that what you think is probably the typical aches and pains of a muscle strain or bruise is something life threatening.
According to the doctors at the time, they felt Lindros's pain threshold was so high, he really had no way of knowing it was serious until he was too impaired by blood loss to do anything about it. Thus the Jones as savior scenario. |

That was pretty much the Flyers' response.
"Man, I feel awful. I can't even move."
"Come on, get up and hop on this plane, you're fine." |

Not the best I don't think but, his play has been better of late..
I just wish we had that clear #1 stud dman so everyone could fit into their correct slot. I think Streit is fine as a 4/5 guy and PP specialist. |

Carchidi is saying it will be Razor starting tomorrow. Good call. I was a little worried that Mase got hurt last night, but apparently it was cramping.. |

Regardless of how high a person's pain threshold is, a reasonable person, especially someone who has played a lot of Hockey and received a lot of the typical aches and pains. Should be able to recognize the difference between that and something serious. In my opinion Lindros acted stupidly, and should've gone to the trainers, and gotten checked out. And it almost cost him his life. |

I think Streit might be playing the best sine.that horrific beat down in Dallas, and I don't think he has gotten the credit he deserves for how he has played this season because we want to hate him for how he will look in 2017 |

That's what they did with Recchi on the same trip. He shouldn't have flown with the head injury. |

I'm sure he'll look good in 2017, sitting at home collecting 2/3 of his salary. |

True, but no one knew much about head injuries back then. Really, we don't know much more now.
But a collapsed lung is different. Granted, his own pain threshold hurt him, as he didn't think it was anything out of the ordinary. |

You do realize that when the trainer was contacted when Jones found him, the decision was made by the Flyers to put him on a plane home? And only Jones deciding to call an ambulance saved him. So going to the trainers wasn't really a solution that worked there, even as sick as he was 8 hours later than when he first felt bad at the restaurant. |
