Canadiens just like the Russian women yesterday win with an asterisk.
That 2nd Canadien goal should never have counted , the whistle blew.
The women of Japan scored a goal that never even got reviewed yesterday against Russia and would have tied that game.
I just hope this officiating does not continue.

So I'm at the Galleria yesterday and there's a man in front of me demanding a "Canadian Discount" because he "drove all this way to shop in the States" and assumed he was entitled to a discount.

After he walked out of the store, he threw his old shoes at (not in) the garbage can.

I have no problem with them coming to do their shopping here. But can they at least be courteous while doing so? I don't get the entitled attitude. Is using a garbage can really that difficult?

I don't think the US has beaten Canada at the olympics in womens ice hockey in the last decade.

But you know what meaningless or not, there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of beating the US so I'll take it

I don't know about you, but to me this isn't an isolated incident. I've seen things like this happen numerous times. I have a few friends who work in the mall, they say they run into this poop at least once a week.

The entitled bullpoop really gets on my (frank)ing nerves. They come here, trash our country verbally and physically..yet they keep coming. I don't get it. I don't like Canada at all. I only go if I have to. I don't go there running around being a piece of poop. I do my time and I leave. Meh actually I talk with a goofy Canadian accent that I have grown to love.

Sorry the Canadian girls just wanted it more . I am scared about Dineen coaching Canada now . US has better talent but Canada definitely had the coaching edge in that game . US girls took most of the the third period off.

One day, in Vegas, I was in line to get a cup of coffee at a krispy kream

The guy in front of me was Canadian, demanding the cashier take his canadian money, at par, and give him a discount because they were not real doughnuts

I know there are ass holes from all countries but the biggest Richards I see on vacation are either from Canada or England, by a wide margin

I hate Canada and Canadians prob more than most but this post really sounds like.....

It's not an isolated incident and that's where the problem lies. If they want to come here and pump our economy with their money, that's fine. But I feel like asking them to be courteous while doing so is just going to far, or at least that's how they seem to act.

They leave all their garbage in the parking lots, yell when they have to wait for a table at a restaurant (though I've found they only go to chain restaurants, so if it's a mom and pop place, you're fine), expect that they should get some kind of extra discount and are just overall rude and snarky like we owe them something.

Last time I checked, the reason they come here for shopping is because it's already so much cheaper than what they would pay at home. Isn't that enough? Why do they feel they should get an extra discount? Or be waited on hand and foot?

It does sadden me to here that, I've never really experienced enough of it to make a call. I've seen things like this from Americans coming up to Canada but there are just as many that are great. The self entitling really does bother me though (especially that people are going there and misrepresenting us like that).
