Cool story about todays silver in speed skating (sorry if this is a repeat but I am not near a tv) The guy who won did not qualify for the Olympics. He fell 50 metres from the finish line. But one of his teammates gave up his spot in the 1000m race because he knew that was their best chance to medal.

some of it comes with mold on before prep.. we have to cut it off to package it in canada.
