25ish years. It's interesting, and he makes very few points but he really drives them home. I ripped up about a pack and a half of smokes and tossed them out near the end of the book. I guess that's about as much as the book cost.

Apparently the guy has regular seminars in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal with plans on expanding. There is a really interesting take on how nicotine replacement is actually counter-productive. It seems medical experts are just now beginning to take note of how effective his book is, mostly in Europe.

Sort of. I bought the book but wasn't expecting to quit immediately, I just started reading it. Anyways, I won't go on anymore about the book. All I can suggest is that you buy a copy and start it. You don't quit until the end of the book, I was just fascinated by how eager I was to finish the book and quit.
