I honestly don't care. If the NHL was playing, I would have watched about 20 minutes worth of the Olympics.

Quite honestly, most of the games have been rather boring, far from the "the best vs the best" thrill ride that advocates of the NHL participating in the Olympics point to as a primary reason to have NHL involvement.

Prior to the elimination round, the US-Russia game was the most exciting and compelling to a neutral fan. Even in the elimination round, the US-Canada & Sweden-Finland games were the most compelling and neither was especially great.

I only watched the Olympics to fill the NHL void, and found it to be kind of anti-climatic.
