No, but i would still want to play for my fans, my teammates, my coach, and my family. the manager really wouldn't affect my decision of whether or not i want to stay and play, it would be my team mates more than anyone else, and marty loves them

no,of course hes bitter towards yzerman, and we dont even know that, he said at olympics that he had tough decisions to make, but thats not marty..idc if we know him or not, you can tell a lot of a person by their work ethic and the way they carry themselves on the ice .. idc if i know him or not, thats not him

I can't see St.louis being like this. If he did for the reasons that have been reported then I think a lot of us has misjudge his character.

If Marty goes, what does Stamkos do? They have great cemestry togehter, sure 91 would gt the C but I think he values Marty more that that. Remember that Stamkos has to be signed in a couple of years.

Marty has a wife and three kids in TB with school,friends,sportteams etc.

He would surely want to add another SC to his list, especially as a captain. He's been in Tampa during the rebuild years, don't he wanna stay in its prime? Is rangers closer to a SC then Tampa? Maybe on paper, but we bolts fans know the answer to that question.

Why would he want to go to the rangers? Just bc Callahan is a tradebait, all off a sudden Tampa needs a high payed multiyear forward (where we are stacked already) who brings everything Marty does, except constant point production? Why isn't this a Girardi for Marty rumor?

I'm not saying Marty doesn't want out, but I think he needs to be reaaaallyy pissed off to leave the town he has became an icon for? But there's to many holes in this cheese and I smell rats. If Marty wants out, it won't be for Callahan and I doubt he wouldn't wanna go to a TOP contender team.

Basically the last point of my blog. The Callahan-St. Louis rumor and Marty wanting out might be two different issues. I don't see Callahan ending up with TB. Does Marty want out? That I don't know.
