Maybe you don't read well, or just don't understand sentences. But let me break it down in chapter form for you. If you're cool with Varly, who is a woman beater, are there any OTHER people (rapists, murderers, etc) who you would also like to champion, in similar fashion to Varlamov.

I can read and understand things quite well, thank you very much. The charges were dropped for lack of evidence. In the court of law, he is not a woman beater. What Vavrinyuk said is all hear say and couldn't be proven. Case closed. Now move along sweet lips...

1. The US/Russia game he played his butt off. He was in the penalty box for the two US goals, true, but he also had an assist on the first Datsyuk goal and was screening the goalie for the tying goal. He was also one of their most effective players for the remaining games.

2. He was the leading scorer for Nashville in their first round win against the Red Wings.

3. Keith Jones did a hatchet job on Radulov and his entire diatribe was debunked. Even Jones admitted that he could make anything he wanted appear to fit his narrative with the right editing though he wouldn't say if he did that to Radulov.

4. The play Jones zeroed in on to 'prove' how lazy Radulov was at getting back in the play was after he had been on the ice for well over a minute and hustled the entire time he was in the offensive zone. He was gassed at that point.

5. He is one of the highest level competitors you've ever seen. That guy has a fire burning in him. He likes to score, and he likes to win.

6. Yes, he is a selfish player. I won't argue with that.

7. I'd like an example of how he won't take a hit. Not only does he take them, he makes them.

Radulov has been portrayed very poorly by people who really don't know what they're talking about. I'd love to have him back on the team, and I know for a fact that the coaching staff wanted him too. The problem was he wanted a longer term than they were willing to give him after the Phoenix incident with Kostitsyn, whom the coaching staff did NOT want back.

Chris Kunitz isn't good enough to be on the cover picture with Martin Broduer. They should have Claude Giroux on here instead.
