We're on opposite ends of the spectrum here though. You're a koolaid drinking believer and I'm a disbeliever. I envy you. - Flyersgod
You see what you did there? You used a negative adjective to describe me.
Maybe I'm a realist and you're a depressed cynic. |

He'll never play for the Flyers though. Bobs was light years better and we got rid of him for a reason that I still think was pretty lame. - Flyersgod
Because every situation is the same? The Flyers will trade every prospect. |

And our GM who undervalues his assets...
Might wind up being...
Kesler/Edler
for
Giroux/Voracek/Mason/Morin/1st for the next 10 drafts/Laughton - Flyersgod
I cant stand Homer too, but Gillis is worse...See Luongo..He boxed himself into trading his younger cheaper probably better at this point goalie... |

When it comes to the Flyers I normally end up feeling jaded and confused |

It's all possible. However, I think history would point to my theory. If it doesn't, I'm going to ignore that history and make my own.

I hate to break it to you, but the other fans are correct. The Flyers will have more Cap room then that to play with. - MJL
It's not breaking news that you don't understand how the cap works.
Pronger's $4.94 million hit must be included in any roster submitted at the end of training camp. There is no way around it. This means the Flyers have $66m to use on players who can actually play instead of $71 million. |

The same constant is still there. Ed Snider. Whom I love and wouldn't want to remove.
Do we even have anyone drafted in the 3rd round or later playing on the Flyers now? |

Well I was wrong he is backing up tonight, didn't hear that was going to happen. Which would mean there is a good chance he'll return to action Sunday afternoon. |

No, but they've never really had any decent prospects other than their first round picks. |

Stolarz, Leier, and Vas will never see the NHL ice. You can consider them prospects if you want. I'd call them long shots.
Hagg has the best chance out of all of them. Ghost... meh... doubtful - Flyersgod
If they're never going to see the NHL ice, then why would the Flyers sign any of them to an EL contract?

Curious to know why even professional hockey talent evaluators can't speak on players with as much assurance as is being shown here? I don't see how Bobrovksy being light years better and why they got rid of him, has anything to do with Stolarz.
