Would you be fine with a Sutter/Despres for Kesler trade? - Orpik44
That's more palatable than Pouliot. The only reason I say this is because I don't believe Simone will ever really get a shot under Bylsma.
Unfortunately this isn't a game where you can actually evaluate players. |

Not really, because of the injuries on D, and Kesler doesn't help the F depth or a RW for Sid. I would rather they trade for Marty than Kesler

I'm writing from Brazil in a different time zone that's why I'm asking how much time is left.
So half an hour to start the game!
Any HD feeds please post here! There's that guy on Twitter that always gives a good HD Feed. Forgot his Twitter.. - Orpik44

Not quite HD but generally a solid feed.

I'll say one thing, if Ray makes that type of move, he's really hanging his career on it. If it blows up, He and Dan will have to go. |

He already deserves flack for it not working last year, I have no problem with him taking a risk... Malkin and Crosby aren't gonna be 26 forever. |

I don't know, I think most people at the time believed adding Iggy was a good thing. I'm not going to go off on one of my anti-Bylsma rants, but I really believe he wasn't used right. He's played very well with the B's. He's second in scoring for the B's. 44pts, 17g, +21. Only getting 1.8. Think the Pens would like to have him this year at 1.8mil? Second thought, Dan might have him playing D.
I will say, I didn't like the Morrow trade. I watched a lot of Dallas last year and I didn't think he had much left. - madmike71
Iggy made zero sense. The people who wanted to add Iggy couldn't see clearly. He was redundant. We had the second best offense at the time and the best power play. You can't improve the power play at that juncture and Iggy was nothing more than a power play specialist last year. The Iggy trade was moronic. |

The conditions of this game are a joke. This is why I think outdoor games are a joke in places you can have 15 inches of snow on March 1. |

The truth is Iggy was missused by Bylsma quite a bit. Another thing was he didn't bring any physicality or net front presence as we all expected. The blame was on him too.
Morrow played GREAT with Jokinen and Sutter but once again Bylsma blew that line.
...and I don't hate the coach. |

Pittsburgh wanted to get Iggy to keep him away from Boston. Nothing else. They didn't have a plan how to use him. It was a wasted acquisition that cost us a first round pick. It was dumb, especially since there was no need for him. |

That aside I'm pretty sure we all expected more physicality and net front presence out of him. Instead he looked like he just wanted to score. |

dumb penalty by Glass, but if you are going to board a Blackhawk, he picked the right guy. Bollig is a turd. Saw him at St. Lawrence. What a thug. |

Someone is going to get hurt in this game because of these conditions. This isn't exciting hockey. Two skilled teams can't skate or pass. Think I will turn abck to the Penn State v. Minnesota hockey game. More exciting.

Yeah, it looks like they have no interest in playing this game. Pretty much matches their pre-game comments. |

March 1 ... outdoor game in Chicago ... 13 degrees and alot of snow falling ... ice sucks ... you can't skate or deliver passes. I would mail it in too. This is a joke. It's an embarrassment for the NHL. A game like this should never be put in Chicago this time of year. Joke. |
