I find if you take a thought and let your brain continue with it and you just try to stop yourself from thinking about something else... I can be asleep in less than 5.minutes. my wife hates me for it.

I like...see poop sometimes too along with vivid and terrible dreams. Like a hallucination almost. I know it's not real but it's just not very good. I hate nighttime.
