It's just not consistent with his whole message and philosophy...players like Weaver are a dime a dozen...and he sacrifices a draft pick for him after saying for 2 years now that he wants to build through the draft and that picks are the most important thing in the world.

I really don't know where he's going with this, I just hope he does...but a move like this, with the limited info we as fans have, really strikes me as inconsistent with his stated approach.
