We are putting all our hope in this unless...and TBH i don't expect any significant move.
- Habsody

Markov is going to Chicago for Bickell and Runblad. That trade this afternoon was a "dominoe".

Struggling defensively and attitude problems. Really not of fan of him.
- Habsody

Plus Subban and Markov run the PP anyways.

I think there will be one or 2 tomorrow. No way Bergevin shows his face anywhere if this is it.

Also, I would like to thank Stinger for making me laugh my ass off with the Shea Weber for a fiffe post. I (frank)ing needed that.

Who wants to bet the habs claim Conacher?

Perfect size for the Habs. Conacher-Briere-Gionta

Exactly, they don't need another puck moving D. If Emelin can settle, they should be fine with Tinordi still learning how to use his big body. You're gonna have fun with the final part of my last sentence eh Adam?

No idea mate. Might just be veteraning the d for a "playoff run." So Tinordi and Beaulieu next year (if ever).

Beaulieu doesn't seem ready at all though, at least in my books.

- AdamFrench

As a 5th or 6th and PP guy? He looked all right to me. Besides it's Gorges and Emelin on the 2nd PP unit right now. Makes no sense for a team that can't score to be giving up 30 seconds of PP time.

Renaud Lavoie saying that Ducks are in on Kesler. If this happens, Gillis needs to be tarred and feathered, regardless of the return.

Beaulieu is immature and does not have the right work ethic yet.

I'm starting to become a little less certain Bergevin has a plan. I find it very disheartening.

Bergevin couldn't have coughed up a 2nd for Rundblad? Ostie

We basically have a younger version of him in Beaulieu.

Also the habs absolutely need another guy who can move the puck.

It takes a year to fully recover from an ACL. Next year he will be back to what he was before he got hurt.

I don't have any trust in Beaulieu to be honest. Bad attitude, bad work ethic with a good amount of talent is an horrendous mix. Tom Gilbert could have been a quick and cheap fix for the rest of the season.

Mike Weaver better not be the only move...
- La Raie

You're really expecting Bergevin to do Something stupid a big splash at the trade deadline? Seems to me trade deadline is the worst moment to get a big player in terms of value as a buyer.

Or do you mean you expect him to sell when he's 3rd in the Eastern conference?

He should be trading Markov if he doesn't agree to a deal.
