I'd rather pick him up on July 1st, but he's exactly what Habs need that's for sure.

He will play well for them. Not saying he won't. It's a nice pick up for now, and frees up cap space later. But I still think the Rags gave up too much. - hscesq
Not if he stays there a few years. |

Even if he stays there a few years. If he was 28 or even 30, I see what you mean. But he isn't. It's too much for him at this stage IMO. |

They were not signing Callahan and they most likely think that it will be a late first round pick.
You have to give something to get something. Saint-Louis is not really slowing down either and he shows up every game. |

Are you kidding? Ford could be a flash in the pan!
Charlie Sheen is one of the best in the game and only needs the right opportunity to get back to the top! |

I disagree with you. St. Louis will slow down in the next year or two. They didn't want to pay Callahan what he wanted, and I applaud them for that, because he isn't worth what he is asking for. However, the age of St. Louis, along with the picks (wherever they end up) is too much for this version of St. Louis. That's my opinion. |

Conacher is going back to Ottawa in a trade that will involve Moulson or Stewart. |
