The goal for sports radio is not to have good sports commentary.

It's to get people to listen, so they get higher ratings and higher prices for ads on the radio.

And if they think you'll listen because "ZOMG!!11! THEY ARE TEH N00Bz!!", well, then they'll continue to say foolish things on the radio.

Best course of action is to give up sports talk altogether.
