I think they only get rid of Lou is if they take back and similar cap hit contract that is deemed undesirable and Erat would help offensively. I don't think MG has given up on this team right now.

It depends upon what the plans are for Kesler or any big trade and if there is a need for roster spots for prospects coming back.... otherwise, why not?
